Are Users Stupid?

Jakob Nielsen’s highly-recommended Web usability site, useit.com, has a new article entitled Are Users Stupid, in which he presents even more reasons for creating usable sites. If you run a Web site, you probably know already just how stupid users can be. Even the smart ones.
